Fast universal quantum gate above the fault-tolerance threshold in silicon

Demonstrates single-qubit gate fidelity of 99.8% and two-qubit gate fidelity of 99.5% in a Si/SiGe double quantum dot, both above the surface code threshold. Uses EDSR with a micromagnet and exchange-based CZ gates.
