Crystalline superconductor-semiconductor Josephson junctions for compact superconducting qubits

Demonstrates vertically stacked NbSe${}_2$/WSe${}_2$/NbSe${}_2$ Josephson junctions and a prototype all-crystalline merged-element transmon. Josephson coupling persisted across 2–12 nm of WSe${}_2$, and the prototype showed dispersive coupling to a microwave resonator.
