Entanglement and control of single nuclear spins in isotopically engineered silicon carbide

Demonstrated coherent control and entanglement of individual ${}^{29}$Si nuclear spins with a neutral-divacancy electron spin in isotopically engineered SiC, together with 99.984(1)% electron-spin control fidelity and dynamically decoupled coherence above 14.5 ms.
