Cavity-enhanced optical readout and control of nuclear spin qubits

Demonstrates all-optical initialization, coherent control, and $91(2)\%$ single-shot readout of a ${}^{167}$Er nuclear-spin qubit in YSO, with coherence exceeding 0.2 s and cavity-selective Purcell enhancement in the telecom C-band.
